You'll note that our Mission is not based around selling cars. It is about taking care of people. If we take care of each other on a personal level, the numbers will follow. So when we hire, we're seeking people who know how to share and communicate, not just talk at people. It also means that while we value those with experience, we are eager to fill many positions with people who have a high-motor, an ability to learn, and the basic core skills of customer service. Naturally, a service technician is a position that demands experience, but in sales, we love people who have experience working with customers in related fields with transferable skills.
We're always interested in cool people who have their act together and want to go big!
